One of the most basic theories in Chinese medicine is that every part of the body is linked through particular interlinked channels called the meridians. There are 20 meridians that connect these acupoints and are usually called the 12 standard meridians with each meridian corresponding to each organ. There are also 8 extraordinary meridians two of which have their own sets of points, and the remaining ones connecting points on other channels. The meridians are divided into Yin and Yang groups. The Yin meridians of the arm are, heart, lung and pericardium and of the leg are kidney, spleen, and liver. The Yang meridians of the arm are small intestine, large intestine, and triple warmer and of the leg are stomach, bladder, and gall bladder. By pressurizing these precise points, or massaging them, it will influence the internal organs connected with them and restore the flow of energy.
The division of the various meridian systems in the arms and legs allows acupuncturists to directly link external points of the body with internal organs. For instance, an acupuncturist who sees that you have heart trouble will detect a Yin meridian on the arm that is directly connected to the heart and pressurize it in order to repair the flow of energy.
By following the Chinese meridian model, one may possibly begin to visualise the relationship between the internal organs and the external structure of the body. Through the meridian systems, one may perhaps determine how the flow of energy needs to be altered and may well locate ways in which the body is affected by means of the various organs. This is one of the more effective ways to use Chinese medicine for enhanced health.

Different countries have their own particular traditions, work, food, and popular spices and fragrances. These are typical smells of the people in the country, the common work places in different regions, the smells of vehicles, bakery smell, etc., which set that country aside from other countries. You could actually collect oils and herbs from a particular country and create common scents mimicking that country. After smelling each scent, people will feel as if they are really traveling or living in that country.
Many people have traveled or lived in different countries for different reasons. Let them relive the moments they had spent in those countries by creating these incense having a geographical twist in them. There is no point in selling this incense for too high a price; somewhere between $20 for about 20 a package is a rather reasonable rate. Creating incense is a meditative and enjoyable way for you to exercise your creativity. When creating incense, you have to powder the ingredients by using a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder. However, electric coffee grinders are not suggested for use because the heat they produce leads to loss of chemicals in the ingredients. It is better if you freeze your resins for about 15 minutes before pulverizing, as it then gets easier to powder or ground the resins.
In the beginning, use incense mixtures with only three ingredients, perhaps a wood and two herbs. With experience, you can increase the ingredients. You will have to first powder herbs and wood and then mix it with the resin mixture, then grind these two mixtures together to create the required incense. The mixture then should be left to age for a couple of weeks. To make incense pellets, you have to add resins that help mold pellets like labdanum and even dry fruits. To make incense cones and sticks, add gum Arabic or tragacanth, which is used to bind the sticks or cones.
You can find all the necessary ingredients on the internet. Of course, you will need some original investment for this business. However, in the process as you create incense that people like, use, and will buy, you will find that this is indeed a great business to invest in and generate a source of income.

In the modern world it has become custom for incense manufacturers to change their approach in the of making incense, they wanted more variety, stronger potency and also to lower the cost of incense, expecting this will make their product more popular, without caring for the decline in the standard of the incense.
Many of you will be very much shocked to hear that the incense you are using is basically made of Coal Powder, Groundnut Cells, washing soda ash, Foam paste, Grease, Rubber solution for binding purpose, melted Old Tyres and inner-Tubes, used Mobil oils for lubrication, and so on. Some of the manufactures also use Albumen Powder, which is essentially the dry blood of dead animals.
I must repeat it is dry blood of dead animals which is the bi-product of when poor animals are slaughtered, they take that blood and store it in low temperatures and low pressure so that the drying of this Albumen occurs, which is then used for binding the incense stick and incense cones.
These persons rely on the fact that the Albumen binding has great strength, so much so that it is also used in ply board manufacturing, in other words it is called a powerful glue. Those inferior incense sticks have many more harmful chemicals which are used as a base for different fragrance, which produce harmful Carbon Dioxide gas which when burnt pollutes the air and atmosphere, and can severely damage your health. Not many manufacturers use the original the high quality natural material nowadays, as we do.
